1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We also collect the API keys and bot tokens you provide to configure your OpenClaw instance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, provision and operate your OpenClaw instances, process payments via Stripe, and communicate with you about your account.

3. Data Security

Your API keys and bot tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Each OpenClaw instance runs on an isolated virtual server. We do not access, read, or store your conversations with your AI assistant.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Hetzner Cloud for server hosting, Stripe for payment processing, Neon for database hosting, and Google for authentication. Each of these services has their own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription, your instance is shut down and deleted. You can request full account deletion by contacting us.
