1. Service Description

easyagent.now provides managed hosting for OpenClaw, an open-source AI assistant. We provision and maintain cloud servers that run your OpenClaw instance connected to your messaging platform.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing your own LLM API keys and messaging bot tokens. You are responsible for any costs incurred with your LLM provider. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or harmful purpose.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your instance will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be shut down.

4. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We monitor all instances and automatically restart them if they become unresponsive. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

easyagent.now is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content generated by your AI assistant, any costs from your LLM provider, or data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
